Green Voices CIC

Green Voices CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company led by and for ethnic minority communities across Wales, United Kingdom. We work where climate action meets equity, justice, resilience, and community power — through climate consultancy, grassroots engagement, sustainability initiatives, and net zero skills training.

Born from the understanding that climate action is incomplete without inclusivity, we make climate solutions accessible, relevant, and rooted in the lived experiences of diverse communities. Without targeted inclusion, climate goals risk leaving ethnic minority communities behind — and Wales risks falling short of its Net Zero 2050 commitment.

We believe real change happens when solutions are co-created, not imposed.
That’s why Green Voices exists: to bridge the gap, amplify underrepresented voices, and ensure that every community is part of Wales’ green transition.
