JIST CYMRU – Justice, Inclusion, and Support Team

JIST (Justice, Inclusion and Support Team) Cymru is a community-led not-for-profit supporting individuals and families facing discrimination, job loss, housing insecurity, and social isolation across Wales. Working primarily with migrants, diaspora communities, unpaid carers, and vulnerable adults, JIST provides culturally sensitive food support, employability and digital literacy sessions, housing guidance, and advocacy.

At its core, JIST offers safe spaces where people can be heard, supported, and empowered. Through structured community forums and safeguarding awareness events, we promote understanding, reduce isolation, and strengthen community cohesion. Our work combines immediate practical support with long-term empowerment, helping individuals build resilience, confidence, and independence.
