Community Housing Cymru

Community Housing Cymru is the voice of housing associations in Wales. We represent 30 not-for-profit housing associations that provide almost 174,000 homes to 10% of the Welsh population. Our collective vision is to make Wales a country where good housing is a basic right for all.

We represent the views of housing associations on a national level, to ensure that they can continue to do the vital work that they do, and have the support of partners, stakeholders and policy makers. By working together, we can make sure the people of Wales have the homes they need; that money is invested into the Welsh economy, and jobs and training opportunities are created; and our sector plays its part in reaching the country’s net zero goals.
