We’re Hiring – Imagine Action Coordinator for the Climate Cymru Ethnic Minority Group

Are you passionate about climate justice, community-led change, and amplifying underrepresented voices in the climate conversation? Climate Cymru is seeking an organised, creative, and driven Imagine Action Coordinator to support the Climate Cymru Ethnic Minority Group in shaping narratives that inspire action and reflect diverse lived experiences.

In this role, you’ll amplify and platform voices from ethnic minority communities across Wales, sharing powerful stories that inspire climate action. You’ll also engage and connect with individuals, artists, organisations and communities to build partnerships and foster collaboration, as well as influence strategy and create impact through community outreach, social media content, and storytelling that drives change.

Contract: 2-year fixed-term, 1 day per week (7.4 hours)

Salary: £29,515 pro rata + pension

Location: Remote, with optional office work in Cardiff
