As stated in our Feminist Scorecard, we would like Welsh Government to introduce a monitoring and evaluation framework for climate change that includes clear gender focused performance indicators and success measures, and also ensure that the development of the Low Carbon Delivery Plan incorporates the vital contribution of women in mitigating climate change.”
