We Swim Wild

We Swim Wild addresses major threats towards wild waters in the U.K. We use cold water exposure and immersive participation to improve health and wellbeing, encouraging a national movement of water users to protect what they love. We believe the power for change lies in the hands of the water people – given we all have eyes on the water – and the power to shape legislation through mass citizen science research, adventures and campaigns. We Swim Wild has been created to accelerate a process of change that is already in progress. The issues wild waters face has never been more important. We want to make sure we are fast enough to create the data and protection we need to bring about immediate change before it’s too late. We encourage more water people to access water safely through an immersive education programme, experiential research and inclusivity with marginalised groups.
