Cultivate

Cultivate is a local food cooperative, focused on supporting the local food economy in Mid Wales. Cultivate champions sustainable food systems, supports local food producers and enables people to get involved in food projects.

Cultivate is rooted in climate action, focusing on food production as a tool to engage with our community and increase awareness and action around climate issues. Governments should be doing far more to support and enable small-scale sustainable food producers and create a genuinely 'level playing field' so that small-scale producers can make a viable livelihood out of growing low-carbon food.”
