Clynfyw CIC is a Teifi Valley based community led care farm which vulnerable people on an organic farm, using numerous land based meaningful projects as tools for learning, engagement, contribution and fun., while building community resilience against the climate catastrophe in the process. Thinking long term, but acting now.
