Chwarae Teg is the charity inspiring, leading and delivering gender equality in Wales.

Chwarae Teg exist to support:
▪ Women in the Economy; A fairer Wales where women achieve and prosper across all sectors and at all levels in the economy
▪ Women Represented; A fairer Wales where women are visible and influential across all sectors of the economy, society and in public life
▪Women at Risk; A fairer Wales where women are empowered to achieve their potential, regardless of their background, social status, or geographic location

We believe in ethical green practices that promote sustainability at every level of our project delivery. As a Green Dragon Award holder we strive to make constant improvements within our organisation to reduce our carbon footprint and work towards a greener future for all. We would like to see real tangible actions from our leaders when it comes to tackling the climate crisis in Wales and a better infrastructure to support all individuals to access sustainable alternatives.”
