Anglesey Federation Women’s Institute (AFWI)

Anglesey Federation Women's Institute (AFWI) is part of a national charity created to advance the education of women and girls for the public benefit in all areas, including political and social issues, cultural subjects and other areas of interest. We promote sustainable development, educating people in the conservation of the environment, and the responsible use of natural resources. Our aim is to advance public health and public citizenship.

“Climate action is important to Anglesey Federation Women's Institute, (AFWI), as we recognise how vital it is to make changes to the way we live, and to be pro active lobbying our national and local government. Our government should be prioritising climate change causes in parliament.”
