Scouts Cymru

At ScoutsCymru we give over 14,000 young people the chance to become do-ers and give-it-a-goers every single week. From teaching them to cook a meal, to giving them the confidence for their university interview, we set them up with skills for life. We welcome everyone in Scouts as we know that there’s a challenge and an adventure waiting for all whether you are joining us as a young person or as a volunteer.

As ScoutsCymru, we’re committed to finding a global solution because we’re led by young people – and they know whose future is at stake. Our key initiative is Promise to the Planet, which outlines how young people can make a hands-on difference in their communities, use their voices to inspire decision makers, and record their actions for the planet. Our young people are encouraged to take action, record their action and then share that work with the world. To encourage others to be a part of the conversation and join us in the work to tackle climate change. Alongside Scouts across the UK we are thrilled to be a part of the work to achieve the UN Sustainability Goals such as Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption and Production, Climate Action, Life Below Water and Life On Land and more.
