In your view, what do our leaders here in Wales, the UK and around the world need to do to solve climate change?
They must encourage cycling by building safe cycle paths everywhere, heavily tax private car use and use the revenue to subsidise public transport
Why have you become a Climate Cymru ambassador?
I want to encourage people to cycle and make an adventure of it. I have several bikes and trikes with electric motors.
As a nation, what do you feel we need to do to truly influence change?
We must slow down the speed that many people drive, this will encourage them to be more aware of others. They should also recognise that over use of smart phones is leading to addictive behaviour.
What makes you optimistic for the future with regards to climate change?
As of now I’m not optimistic as most people are in denial and government knows that to really reduce CO2 would mean reducing air travel, car use, over use of AC and heating all these things are not vote getters.
